| Prepare Use | PREPARE JUST PRIOR TO COOKING: Measure 150 ml of ice cold water into a mixing bowl 2. Add 1 sachet of tempura batter mix and stir in quickly until the flour is wet. Do not whisk he mixture. It is normal to have small lumps of flour on the surface of the mixture. 3. Heat oil in a deep fat fryer (or equivalent) with at least 50 cm depth of oil until very hot. 4. Coat your meat / fish / vegetable in the batter mix and drain off excess mix before carefully immersing in the hot oil. Fry until light golden brown appears. Once cooked, remove from oil and drain on a whire rack or kitchen towelling paper. 6. Serve immediately |
