Oven cook - From Frozen. 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 14 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place fish fingers on a baking tray on the middle shelf of oven, turning occasionally. Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 8 min Pre-heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging and place the fish fingers into the pan, turning occasionally
