    Prepare Use Instructions: Without defrosting. In a pot: add the vegetable sticks in a pot with simmering, salted water. Let cook for 4 minutes after the water starts to simmer again. Strain. In the microwave*: add the vegetables in a microwave-safe pot with ¼ glass of water. Cover and cook in the cooking setting for the indicated time. For 250 g: 5 minutes. For 500 g: 8 minutes. For 750 g: 12 minutes. *Time indicated for a microwave with 900 W power. In a pan: melt the fat and add the vegetables. Cook for 8 minutes on medium heat
    Storage Keep frozen at -18°C. Important: Once thawed do not re-freeze
