Hob - From Frozen. 5-6 min Add 400 g of frozen country vegetable mix in boiling water. Bring back to the boil, cover and simmer until tender. Drain and serve.; Microwave - From Frozen. Cat E 850 w 6 min / Cat D 750 w 6 min 30 sec Place 80 g of frozen vegetable mix in a microwavable bowl and add 1 tablespoon of water. Cover and heat. Stir halfway through. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Steam - From Frozen. 8 min Bring steamer to the boil and add 240 g of frozen country vegetable mix. Steam until tender. Top up water as necessary, do not allow the steamer to boil dry
    Storage Keep frozen at -18°C. Important: Once thawed do not re-freeze
