Cat E 850 w: 5 min / Cat D 750 w: 5 min 30 sec Place 80 g of frozen cauliflower and broccoli mix in a microwavable bowl and add 1 tablespoon of water. cover and heat as shown, stir halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving; Steam - From Frozen. 7 min Bring steamer to the boil and add 240 g of cauliflower and broccoli mix. Steam as shown or until tender. Top up water as necessary, do not allow the steamer to boil dry
