    Prepare Use DISPLAYING TIME AND DATE: Normal display shows the time in hours and minutes format. To see the month and date, press B1 once. To see the seconds, immediately press B1 again. To return to the time display in hours and minutes, press B1 again. SETTING TIME AND DATE: To set the month, press B2 twice so that the month (only) displays. To set, press B1 and continue pressing until the required month setting is reached. Press B2 again, to display the date (only). To set, press B1 and continue pressing until the required date setting is reached. To set the hour, press B2 again. This will display the hour and A for AM or P for PM. To set, press B1 and continue pressing until the required hour setting is reached. Note the hour is displayed in 12 hour format. Press B2 again to display the minutes (only). To set, press B1 and continue pressing until the required minutes setting is reached. To resume normal time display, press B2. REPLACING THE BATTERY: 1. To replace the battery, open the cap on the base of the watch. 2. Remove the old battery and replace it with a new one 3. Then put back again the cap on the base of the watch
