Prepare Use | Oven cook - From Ambient. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. You will need 140g dairy free spread, 3 large eggs and 20ml of water. 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 24-26 min Preheat your oven as shown. Grease and line two 7 inch round cake tins. Empty the mix into a large bowl. Add the dairy free spread, eggs and water. Mix ingredients together until a smooth batter is achieved. Divide the cake batter equally between the two cake tins and level the top. Bake for 24-26 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Once baked, leave to cool in the tins for 5 minutes before turning them out and leaving to cool completely. Fill and decorate as you like |
