| Prepare Use | Preparation: Recommended dosage: 60 g per person. Instructions: Add the rice to a large volume of salted, hot water. Cook on low heat: 12 minutes for a strong grain, 14 minutes for softer rice. Strain and serve. Cook 3 cups of rice with 3 cups of water. Prepare the sushi vinegar: mix 6 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, and 1/4 tablespoon salt. Put the warm rice in a bowl and drizzle with the sushi vinegar stirring with a wooden spoon.
