Prepare Use | Remove all packaging, cook directly from frozen. Oven baked: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place portions on a light greased baking tray. Bake for approximately 17 minutes. Turn after 12 minutes. Note: After cooking, allow portions to rest for 2-3 minutes. Air Fry: pre-heat air-fryer to 200°C. Place 3 portions in the basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Air-fry for approximately 10 minutes. Turn halfway through the cooking time. Pan-Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add portions and cook over medium heat for approximately 8 minutes.
