Prepare Use	Instructions: Without defrosting. In a fan oven: Warning: Never place the tray under a grill. Preheat oven to 180°C (thermostat 6) for around 10 minutes. Remove the plastic foil and place the tray on the centre rack. Cook for 40 minutes. In the microwave: Warning: Never use the grill setting of your microwave. Remove the plastic foil from the tray and heat for 12 minutes on the highest setting (900 watt). Let it sit for 1-2 minutes before serving
Storage	Keep frozen at -18°C. Important: Once thawed do not re-freeze
