    Prepare Use Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from frozen Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. When removing film during cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. Microwave - From Frozen. 900 w 8 min 30 sec, 800 w 9 min Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (900 w, 800 w) Peel back film lid, stir rice and curry separately and re-cover. Cook on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900 w), 3 minutes (800 w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6 45 min. Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir the rice and curry separately and re-cover. Return to oven and cook for a further 20 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve
