    Prepare Use Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Warning During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate/tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing film lid during cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. 900 w 8 min 30 sec, 800 w 9 min Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (900 w, 800 w). Peel back film lid, stir well, re-cover and cook for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900 w), 3 minutes (800 w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir, serve and enjoy. Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir well, re-cover and cook for a further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving
    Storage Keep frozen at -18°C. Important: Once thawed do not re-freeze
