    Prepare Use These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Remove all packaging before cooking. For best results cook from frozen. This product must be cooked thoroughly. Always check the product is piping hot before serving. Oven cook: Place the Green Isle Wedges on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn the wedges once during cooking. Fan assisted: Bake for 15-20 minutes in a pre-heated oven 210°C/Gas Mark 6 until crisp and golden. Conventional oven: Bake for 15-20 minutes in a pre-heated oven 220°C/Gas Mark 7 until crisp and golden. Deep fry: Pre-heat a deep fryer only one third full of oil to 175°C. Gently lower a small quantity of Green Isle Wedges into the oil and fry for 4-6 minutes. Drain well before serving
    Storage Keep Frozen at -18°C or cooler. Do not refreeze once thawed. Once defrosted store refrigerated and consume within 24 hours
