| Prepare Use | Instructions: In the pan: Without defrosting. Shiitake (mushrooms) must be cooked before eating. Add the mushrooms in a hot pan without adding fat. Cook on high heat for around 7 minutes until the water retained naturally in mushrooms is released. Strain. Add some oil (3 tablespoons of oil per 300 g of mushrooms) in that pan and let them lightly brown on medium heat for around 9 minutes. Add salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley. Enjoy hot |
