Prepare Use | Oven cook: Place the Green Isle Wedges on a baking tray on the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn wedges once during cooking. Fan assisted oven: Bake for 15-20 minutes in a pre-heated oven 210°C / Gam mark 6 until crisp and golden. Conventional oven: Bake for 15-20 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 220°C / Gam mark 7 until crisp and golden. Deep fry: Pre-heat a deep fryer only one third full of oil to 175°C. Gently lower a small quantity of Green Isle Wedges into the oil and fry for 4-6 minutes. Drain well before serving |
Storage | Keep Frozen at -18°C or cooler. Do not refreeze once thawed. Once defrosted store refrigerated and consume within 24 hours |
