Healthy chocolate mousse

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
Can be served with:
- Dried coconut without added sugar
Method:
- Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix until softened and well combined.
- Pair the mousse with your favourite fruit, finely chopped unsalted nuts or dried coconut.
