    Prepare Use Instructions: Without defrosting. In a fan oven: Attention: Never place the tray under the grill. Preheat oven to 200°C (thermostat 6/7) for around 10 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap from the tray and place the tray on the centre rack of the oven. Bake for 45 minutes. In the microwave: Attention: Do not use the grill setting on the microwave. Remove the plastic wrap from the tray and heat for 20 minutes on the maximum setting (900 watt). Let it sit for 1-2 minutes before enjoying.
