    Prepare Use Instructions: In a conventional oven: without defrosting. Preheat your oven for 10 minutes at 200°C (thermostat 6-7) after removing the rack. Remove the aluminium casing and place the quiches directly on the cold rack. Place them all in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Baking in the microwave is not recommended
    Storage Keep frozen at -18°C. Important: Once thawed do not re-freeze
