    Prepare Use Οδηγίες χρήσης: Στην κατσαρόλα: ρίξτε την επιθυμητή ποσότητα από το μείγμα των λαχανικών όπως είναι παγωμένα σε μια κατσαρόλα με αλατισμένο νερό που βράζει. Χωρίς να το σκεπάζετε, ψήνετε σε νερό που σιγοβράζει για 9 με 12 λεπτά ανάλογα με την προτίμηση σας. Στραγγίζετε και αλατοπιπερώνετε. Στη χύτρα ταχύτητας: ρίξτε στη χύτρα ταχύτητας ένα με δύο ποτήρια νερό. Βάζουμε το μείγμα των λαχανικών, μαγειρεύουμε 3 με 4 λεπτά μετά την περιστροφή της βαλβίδας. Αλατοπιπερώστε κατά βούληση.
