    Prepare Use Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Oven cook - From Frozen. 190ºC, Fan 170ºC, Gas 5, 15 min Pre-heat oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place burger on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Turn once halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 6-8 min Pre-heat your frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging. Place burger in the frying pan (no cooking oil required) over a medium heat. Turn occasionally. Allow to stand for 1 minute
