    Prepare Use Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from frozen Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. When removing film after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. Leave on a plate/tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Microwave - From Frozen. 900 w 7 min 30 sec, 800 w 8 min Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 5 minutes (900 w), 5 minutes (800 w). Peel back film lid, add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Stir rice and sauce separately and recover. Cook on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900 w), 3 minutes (800 w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 40 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid, add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Stir rice and sauce separately and recover. Return to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.
